5.1 Data Capture & Ingestion

  1. User Interaction Tracking
    • Collect metrics from website(s), emails, micro‐campaigns, etc.
    • Use Open Source client‐side scripts (e.g., Plausible Analytics or Matomo) to capture page views, link clicks, and conversion events while hosting the data on your own servers.
  2. Offline / Field Data
    • If campaigns extend offline or involve direct outreach, store collected survey results or notes in a secure database (e.g., PostgreSQL or MariaDB).
